IKE AHMED, MD, is the John R. and Hazel M. Robertson Presidential Endowed Chair of the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, where he directs the Alan S. Crandall Center for Glaucoma Innovation within the John A. Moran Eye Center. He also serves as director of the glaucoma and advanced anterior segment surgery (GAASS) fellowship at the University of Toronto, and as chief innovation officer of Prism Eye Institute, also in Toronto.
HENNY J.M. BECKERS, MD, PHD, is a professor of ophthalmology and head of glaucoma at the University Eye Clinic of Maastricht University Medical Center+ in the Netherlands.
FRITZ H. HENGERER, MD, is chief doctor of Bürgerhospital Eye Clinic and an adjunct professor of ophthalmology at Goethe University, both in Frankfurt, Germany. He specializes in anterior segment surgery and treatment of glaucoma and retinal disease.
THOMAS SAMUELSON, MD, is a founding partner of Minnesota Eye Consultants in Minneapolis, where he specializes in glaucoma and anterior segment surgery. He is also an adjunct professor of ophthalmology at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis.
