The Slimline uses an LED lamp for a brighter, whiter light that illuminates the retina with greater detail. Its intelligent optical system automatically changes the optics and mirrors when the aperture is adjusted, improving examinations by providing 3D stereoscopic views of the retina through all pupil sizes. A recently patented Himag lens provides 1.6x additional magnification compared to a standard condensing lens.

The new slimline lithium battery weighs less than two ounces and provides up to six hours of use on a single charge, according to the company.

STEINERT MALYUGIN RING MANIPULATOR

The size and shape of the extension tip and the breadth of the arm allow manipulations in all necessary directions, so that one instrument is able to maneuver the ring in all necessary directions. The Malyugin ring loops can be easily shifted in all directions in the plane of the iris as well as elevated or depressed.
