Centricity Vision says platform enhancements for the ZEPTOLink IOL Positioning System will be showcased at the 2024 AAO meeting in Chicago later this week. The system creates an instantaneous capsulotomy with consistent, 360-degree IOL overlap for optimal lens positioning and improved visual outcomes, according to a company press release. Previously, the ZEPTOLink's suction hold time parameter was set to a 10-second threshold value — now, however, it can be customized to as low as 4 seconds. The result is reduced treatment time per case and over all greater efficiency in the OR.

Moreover, "ZEPTOLink integrates seamlessly with my phaco system," said Uday Devgan, MD, who will give two presentations at AAO highlighting the ZEPTOLink IOL Positioning System. 

The company will offer hands-on ZEPTOLink demonstrations at Centricity Vision’s Booth #3915.
